In Outlook 2003 and 2007 ZipOut provides a popup menu on the ZipOut Toolbar for quick access to important ZipOut commands. Simply click ZipOut on the ZipOut Toolbar and the ZipOut command menu will appear. Click the command or press the Hotkey to execute the command.
For Outlook 2010 these buttons can be found on the ZipOut tab of the Outlook Explorer.
Note Depending upon the Administrative options selected during ZipOut Enterprise Installation, some commands might not be visible on the ZipOut Toolbar or ZipOut Shortcut menu.
Tip If you customize the ZipOut Toolbar by moving buttons to another Explorer toolbar, the ZipOut Toolbar will rebuild itself automatically when Outlook starts. If you don't want to see two sets of ZipOut command bar buttons, you can use the Toolbars popup menu on the View menu to hide the ZipOut Toolbar. Use the ZipOut command bar buttons on the destination toolbar instead of the buttons on the ZipOut Toolbar.
By default, the ZipOut toolbar is placed in the top toolbar dock in the Outlook Explorer window. You can drag the ZipOut toolbar to any toolbar dock if you so desire. If you cannot see the ZipOut toolbar, follow the steps listed below to make the ZipOut toolbar visible.
