The ZipOut Shortcut menu is available when you right-click the ZipOut icon in the Windows system tray shown below.
Note Depending upon the Administrative options selected during ZipOut Enterprise Installation, some commands might not be visible on the ZipOut Toolbar or ZipOut Shortcut menu.
Note for Windows XP or later Depending upon the options selected for the System Tray, the ZipOut tray icon might not be visible. To ensure that the ZipOut tray icon is always visible, right-click the System tray, select the Properties command, and then clear the Hide Inactive Icons box on the Taskbar page of the Taskbar and Start Menu Properties dialog box.
If you check the Show ZipOut icon in tray box in the ZipOut Property Page, the ZipOut icon shown above appears in the Windows system tray. The ZipOut icon responds to mouse actions as follows:
Move the mouse pointer over the ZipOut icon:
Displays the ZipOut version.
Double-click the ZipOut icon:
Displays the Find Attachments dialog box.
Right-click the ZipOut icon:
Displays the ZipOut Shortcut menu shown below.
