ZipOut Scheduled Tasks
ZipOut uses the Windows Task Scheduler to schedule routine tasks such as
attachment indexing or compression. ZipOut lets you create a Compress
and Index task which you can run on a daily basis. Since ZipOut uses
incremental indexing, indexing is quick and does not interrupt you
normal work in Outlook. To ensure that your index is rebuilt
periodically, you can schedule a Rebuild Index task on a weekly or
monthly basis.
