Reset Options
Always reset to ZipOut On
Check the Always reset to
ZipOut On box to always cause ZipOut to reset to the On state
immediately after you send an item. This will automatically reset ZipOut
to On
after you send an item where you have disabled ZipOut by toggling the
command bar button to ZipOut Off. The automatic reset of
ZipOut to On depends upon whether your are sending a item or
saving the item to a folder. The behavior is as follows:

Send Item
If ZipOut is Off, ZipOut is turned On automatically.

Save Item If ZipOut
is Off, ZipOut will ask if you want to "Reset ZipOut to
On?". Answer Yes to reset ZipOut to On
or No to leave ZipOut in the Off state.
Note
ZipOut will not compress mail items saved to the Drafts
folder. This behavior is designed to accommodate the AutoSave to
Drafts feature of Outlook. Appointment or Task items that are saved
will still compress attachments when the item is saved.
If you uncheck the Always
reset to ZipOut On box, ZipOut will remain Off until you
explicitly turn it back On by toggling the ZipOut
On/Off button.
