Turning ZipOut On or Off for each message

Outlook 2007

Select No Compression to switch compression off for a specific message. Choose  Combine  or Separate to turn compression back on.

Outlook 2000, 2002 and 2003

The On/Off toggle button will appear on the toolbar for each item type where ZipOut is enabled. The On/Off toggle button can be used to disable ZipOut for a specific message. To turn off automatic compression for a specific message, simply click the button to toggle its state to read ZipOut Off.

Note  ZipOut will persist in the Off state for all subsequent Outlook Items until you toggle the command button back to On unless you have checked the Always reset to ZipOut On box on the ZipOut Property Page.
