ZipOut Compression Results
In addition to
logging activity for compression on specific folders and storing the log
activity in your Inbox folder, ZipOut automatically creates statistics
for compression activities on both your outgoing messages and your
mailbox storage. The data for compression activity is maintained whether
you are online or offline, and is independent of the computer to which
you are logged on when the compression activity takes place. The running
totals for mailbox storage and outgoing messages are stored in a hidden
message in your Inbox. If you select the Chart of Compression Results
command on the ZipOut
Toolbar or the ZipOut Shortcut
menu, Internet Explorer will display the results of compression
activity to date using Office Web components.
