Use the ZipOut Toolbar or
ZipOut Shortcut menu to
display the Scheduled Tasks
dialog box.

Click the Task menu, point to New, and point to
Index Attachments... to display the New Index Attachments Task
dialog box.

Select the stores for attachment indexing, and optionally check
Delete existing index and rebuild box.

Click OK.

Enter a name for the scheduled task in the New Task dialog shown
below and press OK to continue. You must supply a unique name
for the scheduled task.

ZipOut will skip this step if you are running Windows 98 or Windows
ME. On Windows 2000 and Windows XP,
ZipOut will display the Enter Password dialog box shown below. In
order to create the Scheduled Task, you must enter your logon
password for Windows. On Windows XP, if you enter a blank password,
the task will not run.

ZipOut will display the Schedule page of the Scheduled Task
dialog box.
Select the type of scheduled task for attachment indexing in the
Schedule Task drop-down. You can
select Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Once, At System Startup, or When Idle.

Depending upon the type of scheduled task your have selected, you
can select other parameters such as Start Time and Interval.

Click the Advanced button to configure additional scheduling
options for the task such as Start Date.

If you check the Show multiple schedules box, you can
establish multiple schedules for the indexing task.

If you click the Settings tab, you can configure other
settings for the task such as Idle Time and Power Management.

Click OK to accept your configuration of the scheduled task.

Use the Scheduled Tasks command on the
ZipOut Toolbar or the
ZipOut Shortcut menu to
change store settings or task configuration.
