Technical Support for ZipOut

We make every effort to respond to technical support requests within 24 hours. Please check ZipOut Frequently Asked Questions and Known Issues before you submit a request for technical support request. Also check the Microsoft Knowledge Base for articles about attachments in case your problem is related to a known Outlook issue.

Note  Technical support requests will only be accepted via electronic mail, and you must be a registered user of ZipOut to be eligible for technical support.

Micro Eye Product Support

To request e-mail support for ZipOut 
  1. Select the Request Technical Support command on the ZipOut Toolbar or ZipOut Shortcut menu.
  2. A support request message will appear, addressed to Micro Eye Technical Support.
  3. Please clearly describe the nature of the problem you are experiencing.
  4. Provide a list of steps to reproduce the problem.
  5. Click Send.

Note  ZipOut will attach three files to the support request email: zipout.log, zipoutreg.log and profile.log. These files contain ZipOut support information only, and do not transmit personal data stored on your computer.
