Technical Support for ZipOut

We make every effort to respond to technical support requests within 24 hours. Please check ZipOut Frequently Asked Questions and Known Issues before you submit a request for technical support request. Also check the Microsoft Knowledge Base for articles about attachments in case your problem is related to a known Outlook issue.

Note  Technical support requests will only be accepted via electronic mail, and you must be a registered user of ZipOut to be eligible for technical support.

Micro Eye Product Support

To request e-mail support for ZipOut 
  1. Select the Request Technical Support command on the ZipOut Toolbar or ZipOut Shortcut menu.
  2. A support request message will appear, addressed to Micro Eye Technical Support.
  3. Please clearly describe the nature of the problem you are experiencing.
  4. Provide a list of steps to reproduce the problem.
  5. Click Send.

Note  ZipOut will attach two files to assist Micro Eye technical support, zipout.log and zipoutreg.log. These files contain ZipOut support information only, and do not transmit personal data stored on your computer.
