Micro Eye Product Support
To request e-mail support for ZipOut

Select the Request Technical Support command on the
ZipOut Toolbar or
ZipOut Shortcut menu.

A support request message will appear, addressed to Micro Eye
Technical Support.

Please clearly describe the nature of the problem you are
experiencing.

Provide a list of steps to reproduce the problem.

Click Send.
Note ZipOut will attach two files
to assist Micro Eye technical support, zipout.log and zipoutreg.log.
These files contain ZipOut support information only, and do not transmit
personal data stored on your computer.
