Micro Eye Product Support
To request e-mail support for ZipOut

Select the Request Technical Support command on the
ZipOut Toolbar or
ZipOut Shortcut menu.

A support request message will appear, addressed to Micro Eye
Technical Support.

Please clearly describe the nature of the problem you are
experiencing.

Provide a list of steps to reproduce the problem.

Click Send.
Note ZipOut will attach three files
to the support request email: zipout.log, zipoutreg.log and
profile.log. These files contain ZipOut support information only, and do not
transmit personal data stored on your computer.
