Specifying Item types

If you check an Item type in the Zip Outlook frame, the ZipOut toolbar buttons will
appear on an Outlook Inspector window for that Item type. For example, if you
check Mail Item, ZipOut features are available whenever you send a Mail
Item. If you do not wish to zip attachments for a particular Item type, then
clear its check box. You can also enable or disable ZipOut on an item-by-item
basis by toggling the ZipOut On/Off command bar button. Outlook Item types are
as follows:
-
Mail Item
-
Post Item
-
Appointment Item (includes Meeting Requests)
-
Contact Item
-
Distribution List Item
-
Journal Item
-
Task Item (includes Task Request, Accept, Decline, and Update)
-
Custom
Item (a custom form based on one of the built-in Outlook
Items listed above.) If you check Custom Items, then the ZipOut toolbar
buttons will appear on the Standard command bar for all Custom Items
derived from a specific message class, providing that the source Outlook Item
type is also checked.
For example, if you want to zip attachments for a custom form with a message
class of "IPM.Contact.My Customer Contact", you must check both
the Contact Items and Custom Items boxes on the Micro Eye ZipOut property
page.
