Enabling ZipOut

If Outlook 2002 or later starts in Safe Mode, ZipOut may be disabled as a COM Add-in and not load when Outlook starts. You can re-enable ZipOut by following the steps outlined below. For additional information concerning Outlook Safe Mode, please see the following:

OL2002: Error Message: "Outlook Failed to Start Correctly Last Time"

To re-enable ZipOut on Outlook 2002 or 2003
  1. Select About Microsoft Outlook from the Help menu.
  2. Click the Disabled Items... button on the About Microsoft Outlook dialog box.
  3. Select ZipOut in the list of Disabled Items dialog box shown below.
  4. Click Enable.
  5. Click Close.

To re-enable ZipOut on Outlook 2007
  1. Select the Disabled Items... button on the Help menu.
  2. Select ZipOut in the list of Disabled Items.
  3. Click Enable.
  4. Click Close.
