Compress Attachments Log

ZipOut maintains a detailed log of the most recent compression task listing how many attachments were compressed, original bytes, compressed bytes, and the compression ratio for each folder. The message shown below illustrates the results of ZipOut attachment management.

To view a summary of the most recent compression activity on a folder

1. Select the Log of Last Compression command on the ZipOut Toolbar or the ZipOut Shortcut menu.
2. ZipOut will display the Compress Attachments Log shown above.
