Manage Favorites

Script Director allows you to maintain a list of ten favorites for quick navigation through the folder tree. A favorite can be any item represented in the Script Director folder tree -- a folder, script, routing agent, or form. If the favorite is buried deep in the public folder hierarchy, you might have to wait several seconds before the node is exposed and the favorite is displayed when you go to the favorite.

To Go To a Favorite

  1. Click the Favorites button on the Script Director Toolbar

  2. Double-click the row selector for the target Favorite in the Favorites grid or select the row selector in the Favorites grid and click the Go To button.

To add a favorite to the Favorites list

  1. Highlight the node you want to add in the folder tree.

  2. Press F9 or select the Add to Favorites... command from the Favorites menu.

  3. You will see the dialog box shown below. You can change the name of the Favorite at this time. You cannot change the path to the node.
