Script Director represents both the personal forms library for the logged-on user and the Exchange Organization forms libraries under the Forms Registry Infostore node in the Script Director folder tree. Depending upon your Exchange configuration, there can be one or more Organization forms libraries in your organization. In order to publish forms to an Organization forms library, your Exchange administrator must grant permission on the Organization forms library using the Exchange Administrator program. The Forms Registry is not an actual Collaboration Data Objects Infostore object; it is represented as such for purposes of convenience. The folders that contain Personal Forms and Organization Forms are located in hidden system folders. You can drag and drop forms from a personal forms registry to either an application folder library or an organization forms library. You can also drag and drop forms from either an organization forms library or an application folder library to your personal forms library.

Caution Because Outlook caches forms, you should avoid having more than one form with the same name or publishing the same form to more than one forms library. If you do publish forms with the same name to more than one forms library (for example, a public folder and a folder in a personal folders file), you might experience forms cache corruption. The symptom of forms cache corruption is that Outlook will display an alert message telling you that your custom form could not be opened. To reset the Outlook forms cache, you must shut down Outlook and then follow one of the procedures outlined in the following KB articles to clear the forms cache.

How to Clear the Outlook Forms Cache
Forms used in a folder-based solution should be published
only in the application folder. If you’re developing a solution based on mail
message forms, you can temporarily publish the forms in your Personal Forms
Library. Once the form is finalized, you should publish the form to the
Organizational Forms Library on the Microsoft Exchange Server and delete the
form from your Personal Forms Library after making a backup of the form. If, for
some reason, you need to publish a form in more than one location, you should be
sure to keep all forms libraries up-to-date with the current version of the
form.
